Being able to connect with others is another key characteristic for a solid leader to have. By doing so, trust can be formed. And then from there, work can get done with more hands on deck. Thus through my different interactions in ELA, I have gotten to see the importance of connecting with others. People who trust each other work well together. My classmates and I all connected well together, and were able to accomplish some great things and help a population in need. This all started with trust, and the ability for all of us as leaders to connect well with each other.
