Team building is a skill that involves many important aspects. An effective leader that is good at team building can resolve conflict, create a common goal, and communicate well. Those are all things that a good team builder must be able to do. Through my ELA experience, I have been able to develop these skills and put them into practice through the many different projects I had the oppurtunity to take a part in leading. Thus, I will be better able to use these skills as I lead and am a part of a team in the future. Again, helping better myself as a leader, and the students I am working with.
